How to request a refund or replacement
Please follow the steps below if you wish to return a product or request a replacement. The fastest way to reach our team is by emailing shopeurope@hyperx.com during business hours (Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm GMT and Friday: 8am-2pm GMT).
To facilitate the processing of your return request, please note that :
Please do not return your product(s) yourself without receiving specific instructions from a HyperX Store representative.
When contacting us by email or post, please be sure to include your HyperX order number and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
If you wish to return a bundle, please make sure to return all products included in the bundle.
Products must be returned complete in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging to ensure adequate protection of the products during transport and avoid any damage.
You must take reasonable care of all products while they are in your possession. We may reduce the amount of the refund due to you if there is any diminished value of the good(s) resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good(s). Products returned incomplete, soiled or damaged by the customer will not be accepted or refunded.
To avoid paying return shipping fees, please wait for our email containing all the necessary information and instructions to return the product(s).
Please make sure you have proof of shipment, otherwise we will not be able to process a refund in the event of a problem.

Delivery refused?
If you have refused delivery of your order, you must contact us to exercise your right of withdrawal and allow us to set up the return procedure.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your HyperX product, we want to resolve it quickly. If possible, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
You can contact us via Chat from Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm GMT and Friday from 8am to 2pm GMT.
If you experience a problem with your product after 30 days of delivery, please contact Technical Support under the HyperX Limited Warranty or statutory warranties.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT OR PACKAGING OR AN INCOMPLETE ORDER
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, we aim to resolve it quickly. If possible, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
1. Contact the HyperX Store by email at shopeurope@hyperx.com, attaching photos of the damaged packaging or product and briefly describing where the damage is located (e.g., the packaging box is damaged, the product inside the box is damaged) or which accessory is missing.
2. A HyperX Store representative will contact you to provide further steps.
I received a product that I did not order
If you have received a product that you did not order, please contact the HyperX Store within 7 days of the day your order was delivered by emailing shopeurope@hyperx.com . A HyperX Store representative will contact you with further instructions.
Return of promotional or bundled items
The return of items purchased as part of a special offer or promotion or as part of a bundle may be subject to specific conditions described in these Terms or otherwise communicated to you. No refund will be given for a defective product purchased as a bundle. However, HP may either (i) replace the product or (ii) refund the price paid for the entire bundle, provided that the bundle is returned to HP in full. HP reserves the right to request a refund of any promotional discounts you may have received on other products you have purchased and retained, in the event that such discounts were granted to you for the purchase of the products returned to HP and for which HP ultimately refunds the price.
