The online store fr.hyperx.com will deliver all orders free of charge.

Delivery information.

If the products ordered are in stock, your order will be shipped the next business day after we receive your order confirmation (you will receive it by email once we have completed the necessary security checks). Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays). As a general rule, you should expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 days.

You will receive an email notification when your item ships from our warehouse. If you provided a mobile number and your item is being delivered by Chronopost, you will receive an SMS the day before delivery and will have the option to change the delivery date by up to 1 or 2 days or request delivery to a relay point.

Territorial restrictions

Delivery is made by carrier and only in mainland France, Corsica, and the Principality of Monaco. For all deliveries to Corsica, please allow an additional 24 hours.

Deliveries to businesses
If your order is delivered to a business address, it will be handed over to reception or the sorting center, which will sign the acknowledgment of receipt for you.

Estimated delivery dates

The estimated delivery dates on our website indicate when the item is expected to be delivered. Delivery is Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays). For example, items with an "estimated delivery date next business day" should be dispatched from our warehouse on the next business day after we receive your order confirmation. For items that are not in stock, an estimated delivery date will be displayed near the product description. If you order an item that is not in stock, either: (i) we will confirm the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation, or (ii) if an estimated delivery date is not available at that time, we will email you the estimated delivery date as soon as the product is available and ready to be dispatched.

General delivery information
Please note that if an item you order is not in stock, we will wait until it is available before processing and shipping your entire order. However, items may be shipped separately if they are not stored in the same warehouse. If you wish to receive a product quickly, it is advisable to place a separate order for faster delivery.

If an item in a "group" order is delayed in delivery, we reserve the right to hold your order until we can deliver all items. If you wish to order a similar in-stock item or cancel an item with limited availability as part of a group order, you will need to cancel the item in your original order and place one or more additional orders separately.

For your protection and security, we do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted.
