HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND? We understand that you may change your mind and wish to return a product. You can exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Within 14days of receipt by you or a third party designated by you of the good or the last good in the case of an order for several goods delivered separately, if after handling and inspecting your HyperX product to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning ( as you would do in a store ), you are not 100% satisfied, you can request a refund.
Please note that you also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects to return damaged or defective items - see "HyperX Store Return Policy" and our "Terms and Conditions" for more details. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending an email to the following address: shopeurope@hyperx.com :
• an unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw, clearly stating your surname, first name and address, date and HyperX order number, as well as the product(s) concerned; • or the withdrawal form . The use of this form is not mandatory.
A return number will be provided to you upon receipt of your request. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.
Return Policy You have 14 days from the notification of your decision to withdraw to return your complete product to us, in its original packaging, using the return label provided by HyperX. Return costs are borne by HyperX .
Effects of the right of withdrawal If you cancel your purchase within the period indicated above, we will refund you all sums paid, including delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. Reimbursement may be deferred until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to us using another means of payment and provided that the reimbursement does not incur any fees for you.
Exceptions to reimbursement We may reduce the amount of the refund due to you in the event of diminished value of the good(s) resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the good(s).
Products returned incomplete, soiled or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return or refund.
