Please do not return your product(s) yourself without receiving specific instructions from a HyperX Store representative.
When contacting us by email, please remember to provide us with your order number (starting with SCEO) and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
If you wish to return a bundle, please make sure to return all products (software and hardware) included in the bundle.
Products must be returned complete in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging to ensure adequate protection of the products during transport and avoid any damage.
You must take reasonable care of all products while they are in your possession. We may reduce the amount of the refund due to you if there is any diminished value of the good(s) resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good(s). Products returned incomplete, soiled or damaged by the customer will not be accepted or refunded.
For returns to a collection point, and to avoid paying return shipping fees, please wait for our email containing all the necessary information and instructions to return the product(s). Make sure you have proof of shipment, otherwise we will not be able to process a refund in the event of a problem.
