Consumer mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to amicably resolve a dispute with a professional seller. To this end, the professional seller must provide the consumer with access to a consumer mediation system.

HP France SAS has joined the mediation services of the Association of European Mediators (AME Conso), whose contact details are as follows:

AME Conso
197 Boulevard Saint-Germain 75007 Paris
tel: 09 53 01 02 69

To submit your dispute to the mediator, you can:

  • either complete the mediation request form available on the AME Conso website ( https://www.mediationconso-ame.com ), accompanied by the documents supporting your request;
  • or send a letter to AME Conso, 197 Boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris, accompanied by the documents supporting your request.

We remind you that before contacting the consumer mediator, you must attempt to resolve your dispute with the HyperX Store customer service by sending a written complaint to the e-mail address shopeurope@hyperx.com .

Your dispute cannot be examined by the consumer mediator when:

1° you do not prove that you have previously attempted to resolve your dispute directly with our company by means of a written complaint in accordance with the terms provided, where applicable, in the contract;

2° your request is manifestly unfounded or abusive;

3° the dispute has previously been examined or is being examined by another mediator or by a court;

4° you submitted your request to the mediator more than one year after your written complaint was sent to the HyperX Store ( shopeurope@hyperx.com ) ;

5° the dispute does not fall within its scope of jurisdiction.

The use of mediation is not obligatory but is only offered as an alternative to legal action in order to resolve a dispute in the context of the execution of a sales contract or the provision of services.
